Refund policy

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, we have a 30 days returns policy from the date your order is delivered. All returns must be sent back unworn and in their original condition and packaging. We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them back and funds will be returned to your account within 7 working days, depending on your bank.

If you are returning all or part of an order that contained a free gift, please note the following:

  • We do not offer returns of exchanges for any free item you receive with your order.
  • If you would like to return your purchase(s), and keep the free gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Note: If you choose to return your order in full and your order previously qualified for free delivery, the cost of delivery originally covered by Mettle & Bloom will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

What cannot be returned?

  • Earrings (for strict hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised pieces
  • Tote bags
  • Gift cards  

 

Can I return something I bought from a Mettle & Bloom stockist?

Items bought at Mettle & Bloom are only eligible for return at Mettle & Bloom and the same applies for stockists. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  

How do I start the returns process?

Please email support@mettleandbloom.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. We will email you the returns link to send the parcel back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can amend this for you. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
