No Customs Duty For Europe & UK. Delivered Duty Paid for USA Orders

Shipping policy

We fulfil and post orders Monday - Friday. We aim to post all orders placed before 1pm Irish time (GMT/BST).

Average Delivery Times: 

  • Ireland + Northern Ireland + United Kingdom: Generally next day delivery for orders placed before 1pm GMT (95% of orders are delivered on the next business day. However please allow 1–3 business days, especially during busy periods)
  • European Union - 5-7 business days
  • United States - 7-9 business days

If you choose to return your order in full and originally received free delivery, the delivery fee covered by Mettle & Bloom when sent will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you choose to return your order and had originally received a free gift, you are required to return it if your order value falls beneath the free gift threshold. 

For tracking updates, please use your tracking number sent to you via email for a more accurate read on your delivery time.

Delivery Cost:

Delivery costs are based on the location to which it is being sent. To calculate this cost, insert your delivery country at checkout. 

Average Processing Times: 

Orders placed before 1pm will be processed that day. Please allow for additional processing time during busy periods. 

Shipping Methods:

Orders to Ireland are sent via DPD. Delivery options include tracked delivery only. 

Orders to Uk are sent via An Post/ Royal Mail. 

Tracking Information:

DPD collect orders Monday-Friday at 2pm. Once DPD scan your parcel at their depot, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your delivery via the following link  so you'll know exactly when it’s arriving: here. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any shipping issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.

Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or carrier issues. 

Customs:

No customs duties for EU or UK orders.

  • Customers in Ireland will never pay any import duty. All orders are sent from Ireland. This means the price you pay in your cart is the final price you’ll pay. 

  • Orders to the UK placed from 12th August 2025 will not encounter additional charges or duties upon delivery if the total value of your order is under €150. This means the price you pay in your cart is the final price you’ll pay. 

    Other International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. These are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.

  • For international orders, additional customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
